Our Doctors

Dr. Tammy Truong was raised in Toronto, Canada. She earned her Biology degree from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. After college, Dr. Truong decided to further her education and fulfill her life long dream of becoming an Optometrist attending The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA where she graduated in 2010 with a Doctor of Optometry Degree. Dr. Truong opened Sugarloaf Vision Center in 2016 to serve the community she lives in. 

She is passionate about her work and her goal is to provide eyecare with compassion and professionalism. 

Dr. Truong has an interest in ortho-keratology (Ortho-K) and dry eye evaluation and treatment. She also has an interest in hard to fit contact lenses such as custom Soft Toric lenses and Rigid Gas Permeable lenses (RGPs). 

Dr. Truong resides in Suwanee, GA with her husband and two young sons. She is an active member of the community and supports local organizations, local churches and schools.
